The Avoca Fire Dept.  first alarm structure box was dispatched to the 200 block of Grove St for a reported structure fire.  The 112 Chief would arrive on scene and report smoke showing from the second floor.  Next arriving would be the 112 Engine.  They would establish the primary water supply, deploy a 1.75" attack line to the second floor bathroom, and knock down the fire quickly.The 126 Engine would establish a secondary water supply and pull an 1.75" back up line.  The 963 Truck would ventilate the structure and assist with overhaul.  No injuries were reported and crews would be back in service in an hour.
